ArcheoBus, a tour bus around the ancient Roman historical sites like the Appian Way
ArcheoBus, operated by the same company of 110 Open Bus runs around the historic sites of the ancient Roman period, mainly the Appian Way. You know, this is quite popular and, indeed, it becomes full at high season.
This bus, which runs through historical and religious sites of the Roman civilization, the Caracalla Baths, the old Appian Way and catacombs (underground tomb). Those sites are difficult to reach by subway or city buses. Get off at the Old Appian Way Park and you can enjoy cycling by using the bike rental service at the Appian Way information desk. • Each bus leaves every 30 minutes
• Duration of the whole journey: 1.5 hours
• Hop-on hop-off at any stop
• Ticket is valid for 24 hours

  2. From the bus driver on site
  3. At the ticket office in front of Termini railway station
  4. At the ticket office in front of Colosseum
  5. Any shop in the city

As well as 110 OPEN Bus, this is Stop & Go system and you can hop on and hop off where ever you like. It's advisable to start from Termini station. Sometimes, if you try to hop on at Piazza Venezia or other stops, it happens to be full already. If it's full, you have to wait for the next bus.
